Peer Pressure Got to me!

Yesterday I found myself alone at home this is never good because lord knows what I will get myself in to, well this is what I got into I just could not wait any longer seeing all the great stuff on every one's blog it was too much I folded. (But I am going to wait for the outside stuff I think!)

My coffee table if you look really hard you can see Sadie on the couch and see the little miniature gourds they are from the dollar tree I love that place!

My dining room I don't have anything for the table yet but don't fret something will be there soon! (The empty glass thingy now has some of the miniature gourds too)

A few things for the kitchenNow just to remind anyone that does not know me in person this is just fall I still Halloween to do and I looooooooovvvvvvvveeeeeee decorating for Halloween! Yes I know I need therapy.

GO DAWGS

Ok its here football season and to say the least I am very excited so I thought I would make some Georgia stuff for my house. Last night I made the red and black garland, I had some wooden letters painted them red hot glued them to this frame I already had now we have the cutest sign. My husband thinks its a little too cute for football but I don't care.

While I was painting these letters I started thinking oh I can make one for fall and Halloween etc. I will post them as soon as I am done. I have tried really hard to hold off on my fall decorations but it is getting harder and harder after looking at everyones great stuff. I will try to make it to September. It is going to be hard!

Its been raining here all day (I am not complaining at all) so I have been thinking about making potato soup for supper anyone know of a good easy recipe!

My Weekend

Friday night ~ Well I spent most of it getting ready for the yard sale Saturday, ordered a pizza and went to bed.

Saturday ~ Ok I have a new respect for people that get up at 5 o'clock in the morning. I love to sleep so this almost killed me. Anyway the yard sale was a great success! Saturday night we went to some friends for a Luau it was fun but I was so tired we did not stay too long. Everyone enjoyed the salsa it was really good.

Today I have been pretty much lazy but I did get up and make breakfast burritos they were so good!

Then Noah and I went to the Dollar Tree I bought these cute fall decorations like I need anymore! Well I hope everyone had a great weekend!

A tour of my town part 1

Dixie and myself have decided to give ya'll a tour of our cute little southern town for all my local readers it might be a bit boring put who knows you will probably enjoy because it's your town too. Well here we go:
This is across the road from my house it is the local library not very interesting but oh well this is where all the boys end up in the afternoon to ride bikes.

Reading and Yardsales

I have always been a big reader ask anyone. The last couple of years I just haven't had time so last night I picked a book that has been on my nightstand about 6 months. I could not put it down I forgot how much I loved to read. Its really good a bit of a tear jerker though!

I am having a yard sale this weekend so my house pretty much looks like this its driving me crazy!

Ready for Fall

I have been lurking around at blogs I do believe Fall fever is in the air. Yesterday, I was pulling some books out of the closet for Brinsley and saw all my fall decorations (I have as many of them as I do Christmas). I am ready it has been a great summer but I am ready for warm comfort food, thick blankets and GA football! How about you guys?

Bicycle Nightmare!

About a month ago Noah's bicycle got stolen from our backyard the weird thing is that whoever stole it left a bicycle in its place (a piece of crap I might add). We reported it stolen knowing good and well that we would never see the bike again. The police told Noah just to ride the piece of crap. Well a couple of weeks later Johnny gets a call at work (he works at the Sheriff's depart) they think they found Noah's bike with a group of boys. Yes it was Noah's bike I was shocked the chain was off but besides that it was still in good shape.

Last night Noah's riding his bike the chain goes flying off and so does Noah he is scraped all down his arm, head, and leg. Is this the bike from hell or what!

Just thought I would share. I won't give away who's The Mole but I was grinning when they revealed have a great day ya'll.

Randomness!

We had a really good weekend on Friday just kinda hung out, Saturday cleaned up some then went swimming, Sunday went to a family reunion then to the river to hang out. I haven't post any picture lately b/c Noah took my batteries for the Wii control and I keep forgetting to put them back in my camera.

Big Brother this week should be interesting with those two on the block!

I have a really good friend that needs everyones prayers he is in Emory in ICU.

Ok who is watching big brother? I really think Jessie needs to go home he is so full of himself it just drives me crazy! I have not pick out my favorite yet but I hated to see Angie go home. The Mole I think it is Craig but I could be very wrong I just decide to stick with him b/c he has been my pick from the beginning. Ok just my random thoughts ~ I hope ya'll have a great day it is suppose to get to 101 here today. I think I am done with summer.
