Tasty Tuesday

Tasty Tuesday is back its been really hot as I am sure you all know so I have be craving pasta with fresh veggies so this was dinner last night pasta, tomatoes, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese mixed with Italian dressing so so good!
Today Brinsley and I racked up at the farmers market I love getting fresh produce and supporting local farmers :)
So dinner tonight will be chicken, pineapple and corn on the cob on the grill, fried okra with pound cake with blue berries or peaches!

I have been in such a cooking mood there are oatmeal cookies in the oven right now

    Umm...what time is dinner?? I will be there! It sounds so delicious.

    We are having a squash/shrimp pasta dinner. Yum!!!

    The pasta dinner sounds so good. We had a new recipe tonight and it was really good. It was Mexican Mole pork chops with mango salsa. I served it with brown rice. The recipe called for a rub on the chops. The rub had some unique things in it like cocoa, cinnamon, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder and all spice. You wouldn't think those really go together but it was really good. Everyone voted on having it again. Glad you are back blogging, missed you. Denise

    Mmm looks delicious! I'm hooked right now on fresh greenbeans with terriyaki sauce and water chestnuts. My MIL just bought be a 2 tiered plug in steamer (to cut down on the heat in the RV) and I am dying to try it for steamed veggies and rice!

    We had green bean casserole and ham. Dave bought a Boston cream cake but I have never liked Boston cream.

    I have never been to a farmer's market. We have some in the area so I am not sure why I have never been? The pasta looks good! For supper last night we had a great pasta salad. I was thinking about making it a post, it was really good.
