Ok football season starts on Saturday and us southern take our football serious this recipe is to die for good

 Chicken puffs

yields 32 puffs (I made a double batch)

4 ounces cream cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken*

2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls

Mix cream cheese, garlic and chicken until well blended.

Unroll crescent rolls and cut each triangle into 2 triangles (when you unroll the crescent rolls, 2 triangles are attached making a big square, I just cut from there following the perforation for one cut and made another cut from the other corners = giving you 4 little triangles)

Place 1 tsp of chicken mixture on the center of each triangle and fold the corners in over the creamy mixture.

Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 12-14 mins.

I used 2 cookie sheets at a time, and had to bake 3 batches to get all of mine baked (so allow for that time if you’re making a lot)

Also, mine were ready in about 11 mins, so watch for how your oven cooks.

I got the recipe from pineres Noah said its the best thing I have ever made lol

So ya'll know I work at the library you would think it would be easy for me to get a book but no I have been waiting on this book for months so when it show up on our holds cart for one of my friends I talked her into letting me read it first thanks Tracy!!!

So tomorrow is my day off I have a date with this book I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!

Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing

1/2 cup any flavor FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cans (12.5 oz. each) SWANSON® White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained

DIRECTIONS:

HEAT oven to 350°F. Place cream cheese into deep baking dish. Stir until smooth.

MIX in salad dressing, Frank's RedHot Sauce and cheese. Stir in chicken.

BAKE 20 min. or until mixture is heated through; stir. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

I use this recipe every time let me tell you its so so good!!!!

Awe

It is finally starting to cool down here in the south in the mornings and at night you can feel that crispy air that reminds you fall is on its way!!! I am so ready too I can't wait for football, soups, sweatshirts and more crocheting when its 100 degrees outside I just can't think about crocheting but I am ready I have several projects that I am wanting to finish.

adult fiction is it not just heaven being surrounded by all these books aah

we were pretty busy so these were the only sections I could get pictures of today

Tailgate Thursday

Football is right around the corner and you know us southerns are serious about our football!!!

So on Thursday's I am going to start sharing my favorite tailgating treats

starting with raspberry honey mustard pretzel dip

the pic is not great I know its because Noah was eating it like a crazy person I barely got a picture at all but let me tell you its yummy!!!!

1/2 cup of spicy brown mustard (next time I will use less I am not a big mustard fan)

1/2 cup of honey

3 TBS of Raspberry preserves

1 TBS of Mustard seed

mix together and chill

serve with pretzel and enjoy!!!

I have been busy cleaning, laundry and etc. when I really wish I doing what Dixie is always doing sleeping

Had pretty boring weekend my poor VW bug is having issues Johnny worked on her most of the weekend and realized that its beyond what he can do so I guess she is going in the shop :(

Today's prompt was clouds I tried

on Sunday I love the colors!

Today is my day off I got alot of the things done on my to do list

like cleaning my bedroom I don't know why but our room is the

catch all if something does not have a place to go :(

I did and found one for 189.00 not to shabby I think

Prompt 2 and Spaghetti sauce

Hello over the weekend this was our tomato bounty

So I decide to make homemade spaghetti sauce for the first time I got the recipe from my friend Amy

It smelled and tasted so good I froze 3 quarts if anyone would like the recipe just let me know

Hello Monday Hello August

I can't believe its August already Wow!

Yesterday was my wedding annv. 18 years I really can't believe its been 18 years so we went to see Harry Potter it was wonderful in my opinion I could go see it again right now! Yes I cried (alittle ok a lot).

I couple of post ago a showed my wish list well the camera strap has been shipped I can't wait!

I found the little people sewing machine on ebay trying to see if I can find it cheaper

I am going to wait on the kitchen aid since I really just started baking I could not justify spending that much on it right now but I am still getting a mixer if I really use it alot then I will get the kitchen aid

I have mention that I love Pinerest I really love all the recipes last week Johnny made homemade tortilla chips

and I made this wonderful Jalapeno Popper Dip its on the edge of the plate sorry for not getting a better picture I was too busy eating you should really try it!

Last but not least I am taking part in Oh So Lovely's thirty day photo challenge
