I am so excited!

I have been wanting a sewing machine for so long. Yesterday, I decided to go for it even though I have no idea how to sew. So today I called my mom and ask her for lessons. I made this really cute purse. (the picture aren't great but for my first try am really proud).
Sorry I haven't been around alot day camp kicked my butt last week just now getting caught up at home and work.

Have a great one!

Sewing! You are so my hero. I can not sew, crochet, cross stitch or anything like that. I am challenged in those areas...I have tried Cross stitch many many times and totally end up Bombing! MY husband can sew better than me....now that is sad!

Cute purse! And how brave of you attempt a purse on your first project! I grew up using my mom's sewing machine...only to take my jeans in. Yes, I actually had to sew up the legs and waist to make them tight. Oh, how I wish I had that problem today. ha ha

Anyway! What's next on your list to sew??
