My Weekend and a tag

Friday night was pretty laid back Noah had his first middle school dance and then when to the High School football game. I started reading Twilight it was so good I finished it Saturday morning. Saturday consist of cleaning reading New Moon and college football GO DAWGS. Sunday my sister and her husband stopped by for a visit and brought Duncan.

Well Sunday night we were going to our neighbors to let the kids swim for awhile so I thought I would make something quick for dinner. This so good and so easy.

Chop some onion and saute in a little butter until they are transparent.

While they are cooking take yours favorite deli meat I used roast beef and shred it

When the onions are done add roast beef, I did not get a picture of this part because this ran by my kitchen window. (its a bad picture but I am surprised I was able to get it at all).okay back to my sandwich while the roast beef and onions are getting to know each other. Mix together a tablespoon of mayo and a squirt of mustard. Mix them well

Take some sub buns add cheese I used pepper jack and place under the broiler until they are toasted.

When they are ready add your mayo mixture, the meat and onions. Now enjoy!

Mmmmmm... I love a good sandwich! I love tags because then I get to learn more about my fellow bloggers! Oh, and I totally want to live in Maine too. My husband keeps telling me I'd hate the winters, but I just don't think I would.
