Tennessee ain't that much better on schools. It is just as expensive for public as it is private schools sometimes. My opinion of course. $10 for field trip, $5 for this and $20 for that. I love the clubs the kids join that either end up feeding the teachers once a month (on your dime) or you have to provide something.Of course your son being the kind,considerate child that you have raised to be that way, volunteers you for everything from food to afterschool help. Sometimes I wish my kids were not so nice:)Ha!ha!

Isn't it terrible how expensive bathing suits are? I desperately need a new one but I haven't been able to find one under $100 (I need underwire or SOME kind of support. I refuse to go swinging around like some native!)
Also, my mom made Bitty's crown! I can see if she can make your fur baby one!

The Oklahoma pollen is driving me nuts. My allergies have been out of control this week...sniffling, sneezing, watery eyes. I sound like a Benadryl commercial.

I absolutely agree about American Idol. I quit watching weeks ago. There really wasn't anyone I connected to or could cheer for. My dishwasher must be having sympathy for your washer. It's been leaking all over the floor and we can't afford to replace it (too expensive to fix we found out after a $70.00 service call) so I'm doing dishes by hand. Poor me. Hope your computer is working again soon bz I love your blog and will definitely miss you! Cindy
