I always relate Memorial Day weekend with the beginning of summer the bbq went well it poured rain about the time we were getting ready to eat but that didn't stop anyone from enjoying themselves
The rest of the weekend was spent with cousins spending the night, roasting marshmallow, homemade Popsicle, swimming and apparently building cup pyramids at some point.
The kids have three day until they are out of school yea I think lol!

We didn't do much of anything festive, lol. We wrote tons of thank you notes from showers and did some planting. That's about it!

I watched my brother graduate and relaxed outside a lot. The kids played and got really dirty. Fun times had by all. Sounds like you had a great time too!

My Aunt died so we had a memorial service for her this weekend & then everyone came to my house and we ate like crazy!

Looks like y'all had a great time. We went to my mom's house and grilled---in between rain showers--had homemade ice cream and just enjoyed each others company.

Oh.. this sounded like FUN!!! You had a great weekend... sadly.. I spent mine cleaning and doing up the yard.... BUT it's done.. and now it's 46 degrees here!! UGH!!!

Glad you didn't let the rain...ruin your day! We headed out to the creek by our house. Then grilled out. Relaxing...family time. It rained on us too! Still a good time!
