Catch up time

~For Fathers Day we decided to go tubing down the Chattahoochee or "the hooch" it was so much fun and work they leave that part out haha. This is where I almost got bit I was pushing off a rock with my foot and looked down beside my toe and there was a snake's head I screamed so loud everyone was looking but I didn't care. I didn't get any pictures of us actually tubing because I didn't want to get my camera wet duh I know.

If you look closely at the steps someone is carrying a blow up doll now what is up with that?

~The craft show went alright the biggest thing for me was the heat I don't deal well in the heat I know I live in the wrong place for that but it was so hot I was miserable I think I drink five bottles of water and never peed I may just stick to Fall craft show or ones indoors they can keep the 100 degree weather.

~Johnny is off all week so I hope we get a lot done and have lots of fun now I am going to catch up on some reading!

Tubing sounds like a ton of fun...although I don't know how to swim and apparently there are snakes ;) Hate the heat- I am ready for Fall!

River tubing is so much fun! We haven't done that in a long, long time! Glad you didn't get bit!!

I wouldn't be able to stay out in the heat at a craft show either. Fall shows are the best cause it is so much cooler!

Carrie, the heat is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I feel like I live in the wrong place too. I just can't handle ATL in the summertime.

The same thing happened to us when we were in Helen one year tubing. My bro kicked off a tree only to realize there was a snake sunning himself. My bro jumped in the water and RAN! We all laughed (because it wasn't us!).

Love the little dollies. They are precious!

Isn't there a song about the Chattahoochee? "Way down yonder in the Chattahoochee..." I don't know anyway, it did sound fun!!

Glad to hear your craft show went alright. You had some cute things!
Sorry about the heat. Today is actually the first day it's been hot this summer. I LOVE IT!
Our nights still cool down quite a bit. It's been a wierd summer.
Have a good day.

Hi Carrie!

I'm glad your craft show went well. That is probably a load off your mind. Have a great time with your hubby this week. And I would have passed out if I had seen a snake's head right next to my foot. I am glad you are alright!
