I used live writer for a while but there were a few things I didn't like about it. I don't know what error 403 means. Good luck.

I haven't used live writer before, but I wish I knew how to help you! I had trouble with publishing on my blog last spring, and it was awful! I am hoping things will get sorted out for you! :)
