Those are all just toooooo cute!
To answer your question, I use www.picnik.com to get the polaroid frame. That is the site I use to make my collages and headers now and I LOVE it. There are some free things in the site but I paid the yearly fee (well worth it for me) and that is where the polaroid frame is (premium services).
