oh i've been wanting a polaroid camera too...how fun!! i'm afraid my pasta salad recipe isn't exciting but i toss a bag of cooked tri color pasta with a cup or so of italian dressing and some cut up some broccoli, carrots and mushrooms then toss back in the fridge until ready to eat. i take it to outdoor events so i don't have to be fearful it might spoil sitting out. have a great weekend with your friends!

Thank you so much Carrie for the shout out!! I heart you!!

That is amazing happy mail! Gina is the sweetest!

Normally I just buy the pasta salad (Kraft) in the box (I make 2) and add italian dressing and it's amazing!! Takes me like 15 min!

Love you carebear!

Lindsay

I thank you for the kind words!! I am so happy that pyrex came in one piece because it was so different and I knew you had to have it. You know I had to call you as soon as i found it--:D

I have an idea for a salad but its pasta its for crackers.

use a pacakge of the crab meat, miracle whip and celery ( use as much as you want on celery or onion instead and I use both ) I cut up the crab meat in small pieces and mix in the miracle whip, onion and celery. Serve with crackers.

It is very nice to get something in the mail rather than the usual bill or junk mail. Have a nice weekend.

Yah for your mail! I love mail...not bills or junk mail, but that kind of mail. =)

I love to make couscous salad, it is perfect for me to take on my naturalist workshops because it's better cold. Just cook up the couscous...a few cups. Add chopped cucumber and halved mini tomoates...you know those little ones that come in plastic clamshell containers. Add a dash of salt and then white wine vinegar. Do this to your liking...maybe 1/4 cup at first. Top with feta cheese. This is also good with chopped fresh basil.

I also tried this recipe http://www.makeandtakes.com/tomato-artichoke-orzo-salad the other night and it's delicious. I used italian dressing.

Have a fun weekend! <3

Yay for happy mail! Gina is so sweet!!!

I also do the box of pasta salad and then add in some fresh veggies...broccoli, little tomatoes..

Another easy fave is to toast bagels (even the flavored ones like onion, the everything, etc.) Then put a slice of tomato on it and some bacon. (we use turkey bacon but either is good) Top with cheese and broil until cheese melts. Yum!!! One of our fave things to eat!

Oops, Are you still not eating meat?

Happy day to you!!! Hope you have a great time!!! xoxo
