Super Bowl Food

I don't really care to much about the Super Bowl but I do care about the food and the half-time show!

I thought I would share our Super Bowl recipes
(none of these are Paleo or clean eating but sometime you have to just go for it)
*Chicken wings 
(we had three different kinds)
Lemon Pepper

*Stuffed mushrooms and peppers

*Bean Dip

We soaked the wings in a brine  for about an hour.
Then grilled all of them after they were done we made each sauce pretty much the same way.
Get your favorite BBQ and hot sauce with a two tablespoons of butter heat until well blended.
The Lemon Pepper we add two tablespoons and add the lemon pepper to taste baste the wings at the end of cook time with your sauce.

Stuffed Peppers and Mushrooms

1 lb. of mushrooms
1 lb. of jalapeno peppers
16 oz of cream cheese, soften
bacon bits

blended the cream cheese and bacon bits

remove caps from mushrooms and remove all seeds from peppers (you may want to wear plastic gloves for this part)
add about a teaspoon of cream cheese/bacon bit mix
 per pepper and mushroom

Bake at 350 for 45 mins.

Bean Dip

1 can of refried beans (10.5 oz)
sour cream (8 oz)
 1 cup of cheddar cheese

layer the beans on the bottom, then sour cream and top with cheddar cheese

Bake 350 for 45 mins
enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips
