I really wanted a cute banner from my mantle so decide to finally get off my lazy bum and make one.

How pretty Carrie, It looks Springy and fun. I am proud f you for quitting smoking and for doing the tuff work out also. I am celebrating my 3rd smokefree year as of Feb 09. Its something I should have never started and something I am not proud of, I too was a closet smoker for a long time. I came from parents and aunts and uncles who smoked and family who is from Tenn and Kentucky, They grow Tobacco there so it is no biggie for someone to smoke. I am so glad I stopped. So happy for you also.
