Snowman Ornament Tutorial

Here is the snowman ornament tutorial I promised...lets get started

You need:
*an old light bulb (see we are even recycling)
*felt
*white paint
*paint pen, sharpie, etc.
*a piece of yarn
*buttons (two or three to match your felt)
*glue gun(of course)
*scissors

Paint your light bulbs white you can use spray paint if you want I use an egg carton to let them dry :)
measure the top of the light bulb where the silver part is, then cut your felt that length and about double the height
glue it around the top it should look like this
cut a piece of your yarn or ribbon loop it
and glue in the middle of your "hat" this will be your hook
now tie a piece of your yarn around the bottom as tight as you can cut slits in the top to make it look like a stocking hat (see below)
cut a length of felt to make your snowman's scarf
its looks cute huh!
glue your buttons on...
give him a cute little face! Now you have a very precious snowman ornament ♥

Aren't they the cutest things ever!
If you make one please let me know I would love to see them!

Have a great night!

Hugs

This is too cute! I might just be making some of these (if I can find some old light bulbs, we use the energy saver ones and they last forever!) Great tutorial! If I make some I'll post them on my blog and let you know! :)

Love them! They are so cute, love the colors. I made a few last year. I have a few old light bulbs sitting on my counter right now. I just need to find the time to make them.
