I've been secretly thinking about Christmas decorations, too. I want to recreate something like this (http://www.flickr.com/photos/girlhula/2121308911/in/set-72157604071858522) but who knows. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with thinking about how I'll have to clean everything up when the holiday is over. ;-)

I still haven't put too much thought into Christmas, other than what gifts I'll be giving~.

My favorite Christmas color combinations are very Victorian, with heavy emphasis on cream and gold colors. :3

Last year I was totally diggin' the lime green and red!! Throw in a little black and white damask to round it out!!
This year, though, I am craving a more neutral, woodsy feel. I pinned a grey felt tree skirt with cream pompom trim and that has completely thrown me into a tailspin. Like, right now I am making ruffled burlap valances for my living room!! I just made some a few months ago that were all kinds of colorful, so maybe I have ADD!! ;)

My fave Christmas combination would be red and gold and everything that sparkles. I'll be putting up the Christmas tree this week with my mom. Have you put yours up already? =)

I always used to be a traditional girl, but I'm loving these fun colors! This is inspiring me, too!

And about your comment on my blog about Athens restaurants--sorry it was Athens Ohio I was talking about. It's hard to find restaurants like that outside of Columbus, Cincy, or Cleveland. Although I would love to be in the south about now. Sigh.

I love all of these. The colors are amazing. I haven't really thought much about Christmas yet, but when I do I kind of go overboard.
