I usually have a Christmas tree in my kitchen with gingerbread men and salt dough ornaments that we made well this year I decided not to do the tree in the kitchen but still wanted to display my ornaments so I made this wreath last night about 11:45pm I think it turned out very cute ♥
Now on with thrifty Thursday I got these at an Antique Mall (cheap I think 1.50 a piece)
this sweet apron
I have been searching for one of these stools for awhile after alot of scrubbing it looks pretty good
a pair of candle holders I love the color!
Here are my owls ( I want more)
but I got this cute little pair of salt and pepper shakers at the same Antique mall (Brinsley actually found them)
and she found this bag of embroidery hoops for 1.00 I think
and all this yarn and thread :-0
last year I started collecting vintage Santa's well I knew my parents had one in their attic because I loved it as a child so I score this one last night at their house isn't he great!
i had to share one more thing Monday night it was raining so bad and our dogs HATE the rain but I knew they had to go out, so the kids decide they would do it, I had some ponchos in the drawer this is what they looked like before they went out I laughed till I cried at them they are so crazy in a good way of course!
i hoped everyone survived this long post! I am still working on those Christmas presents its taking longer than I thought!
Have a wonderful day my friends
Hugs and Love

Wow!! You scored some awesome stuff! I still need to go thrifting, the weather has just been so cold! I hate driving in it! Your wreath turned out so cute! Love Love
Cute wreath!
Looks like you hit the jackpot thrifting! That stool is amazing!! And I love finding bags with goodies so cheap!
Got some great stuff, Carrie...I will have to keep an eye out for owls now...if I see any I will have to pick it up for you or the vintage santa's. I have been looking for the ole vintage santa mugs but they seem to be hard to find around here.. So was the Antique Mall at the same one where we both were at the same weekend but at different times...I guess you remember what I am talking about.
Oh goodness the happy mail sounds like it would have been fun...I will have to remember this next year.
When I saw your owl collection it brought back good memories of my mom. She had a curio cabinet stuffed with owl figurines, etc....
I love what you did with your ornies! I am suppose to be making some of those tonight however I can't find a small gingerbreadman cutter. Looks like a run to Hobby Lobby!
Stay warm,
Debbie

Oh my goodness I wish I lived near you. I love the owls ( we would fight over them though). I have been wanting one of those step stools. I actually found one this summer and it was red. There;s no way I would pay 75.00 though.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I am glad because I really like what I see on your blog.
