thats how am feeling lately about my house
I am just over it all so here are some of my inspiration
Everything is so light and airy I love them all (and I obviously have a thing for turquoise lol)

Me too Carrie, I have spent the whole last year going through stuff and just purging things I thought I needed. My taste have changed so much in the last 2 years and especially after my dad passed I just wanted everything different....even my key chain which I have carried without a though for the last 5 or 6 years. I am painting inside my house right now and changing out drapes. Wish I could do more but the budget doesn't allow for drastic changes. I love your soft color pallets you are leaning too. I would love to paint my 9o's brick fireplace white but I am soooo scared 'cause there is no ever going back to brick. If the house was older I would do iyt in a minute but there is nothing wrong with it just outdated looking brick. I really really love white painted brick with the pretty teal colors and a really dark mantel. Just so scraed to do it. Leaning more to the refacing thing with pretty rock or flat stone but that is very costly also. Looking forward to followong you and seeing your changes. Have a good day,

I feel ya, Carrie!! Except that mine is more from a feeling of overwhelming-ness at the fact that I look like a hoarder. I love your inspiration pics!! I do think that maybe you should start small and easy-spray paint something or make some new throw pillow covers.

I get that urge all the time. To the extent that I've taken everything out of a room and put it in in a different way. It's cathartic. Spray paint also helps gives things a different look. I'm definitely a turquoise person too!
